Conor is interested in power and behaviour in organisations. This involves understanding how decision-making happens at senior levels, and how those charged with implementation cope with those decisions.

Inspired by the latest thinking in the behavioural sciences, Conor goes beyond recommending change to designing and running programs that deliver. A part-time PhD candidate at BehaviourWorks, Monash University, he also has:

  • MA in Sociology, The University of Melbourne

  • MBA, Manchester Business School

  • Bachelor of Commerce, University College Dublin.

He has been consulting and delivering change for over 20 years and is a certified project professional:

  • PMP

  • PRINCE2 practitioner

  • MoP practitioner

  • Gateway reviewer for high value high risk projects

  • P3O practitioner

Conor is married with three adult children, and a rescue dog. In his spare time he trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
