Conor is interested in how power influences behaviour, particularly in organisations. This involves understanding how apparently irrational decision-making happens at senior levels, and designing interventions to deal with or reduce the risk of them happening again.

Inspired by the latest thinking in the behavioural sciences, what sets Conor's work apart is that he goes beyond recommending change to blue print and run programs that deliver.A part-time PhD candidate at BehaviourWorks, Monash University, Conor has:—MA in Sociology, The University of Melbourne—MBA, Manchester Business School—Bachelor of Commerce, University College DublinHe has been consulting on and delivering change for over 20 years and is a certified project manager – PMP, Prince2, project portfolio manager – MoP, and gateway reviewer. He is currently building out project governance for a very large funds manager.Conor is married with three adult children, and a rescue dog. In his spare time he trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
